At Apple Hub Kenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy to ensure you have adequate time to inspect and test your device.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- With all original tags and accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used electronics (unless defective)
- Products with broken seals or missing serial numbers
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty Claims
For warranty-related issues with brand-new products, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.
